Support for Mental Health Carers at Diamond Beach

The Great Lakes Mental Health Carer Group (GLMHCSG) is volunteer run. It is led by experienced mental health carers under the auspice of One Door Mental Health. The Diamond Beach Family Fun Weekend will have fun activities to do. You will be entertained by some great local musicians. One Door Mental Health, Mental Health Carers NSW and SUPER CRO Incorporated are supporting the group.

 The Family Fun Weekend will be held at Diamond Beach on the Mid North Coast near Forster/Tuncurry.

We understand that caring for a person living with a mental illness can be difficult. It can also be emotionally and physically challenging. Our mission is to give a range of resources designed to care for our carers. If you are in an emergency situation please call 000. The proposed date for the weekend is the 25th – 27th October

Participants outside the GLMHCSG will need to organise there own accommodation at Serenity Diamond Beach for the weekend.

There will also be a $50 contribution towards the cost of food.
